THE LEAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS.
It all starts with an idea for new service, product, tool, etc.. But first, you need to have your idea tested and strategised in a logical business sense. If you want to introduce a new service, new brand, new ideas, open up a small freelance business, a big startup - whatever it might be - you need to prepare, some sort of a plan and see if it makes sense.
Instead of writing a 50-page business plan use the LEAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS- 1 page, with 9 blocks table.
In summer 2020, I will be delivering an exclusive webinar about using this tool in the right way and squeezing the right value our of it.
A tip for now: ALWAYS START IN THE MIDDLE - WITH THE UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION (your new idea, your new service, a benefit to the customer, your value proposition). Work towards right, then left handside. Leave the two bootom pillars (financials), towards the very end.
This is your new business plan - a way to figure out if your new idea has arms and legs :)

If you don't have big revenue invest in SIMPLICITY AND MINIMALISM. You might choose it anyway for your brand.
